General terms and conditions Lilicious
1. General
Lilicious offers an exclusive and private interactive platform for our members. In addition, Lilicious organizes exclusive events for our community. These terms and conditions apply everywhere. By participating, you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and verification
When filling out a membership application on our website, we ask you to provide truthful information, including clear and recognizable personal photos. If you provide incomplete or false information, or if we have doubts about the authenticity of your information or photos, we reserve the right to refuse your application.
3. Membership
The Lilicious organization reserves the right to grant or deny membership. Completing the registration form does not guarantee access to the community. If your registration is rejected, you will receive a message about this. We are not obliged to state the reason for rejection, and rejected data will be deleted immediately.
If we discover fake profiles after approval, we can still revoke your membership and refuse future participation. Tickets purchased with a fake profile will be cancelled and your membership will not be renewed or reinstated, even if you register again.
4. Tickets
Tickets can be purchased through our official channels. Payment can be made by credit card, Paypall or other methods indicated by us. All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not possible, unless otherwise stated. Exceptions can be requested via e-mail. The (e-)ticket is name-bound, personal and non-transferable to third parties.
Upon entering our events, we check tickets by name. If the details or photos on your ticket do not match the person reporting, we can deny you access to the event and cancel your membership. In this case, tickets will not be refunded and you will not be allowed to attend future events.
Visitors must show a valid ticket and ID at the entrance. Tickets will not be sold at the door on the night itself. Single men are not allowed and the minimum age is 21 years.
5. Behaviour and safety
By using Lilicious’ services, you agree to take all reasonable precautions when communicating with other members, especially when you choose to make contact outside of our services or meet in person.
Members understand that when they share personal, confidential and/or sensitive information (such as name, address, phone number, financial information) they do so at their own risk. Attendees must behave respectfully and courteously at all times. Inappropriate behavior, harassment or disruption of an event will result in immediate removal without refund. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Alcohol may only be consumed by persons 18 years of age and older. Smoking is only permitted in the smoking area(s).
6. Dress code
Visitors must adhere to the specified themes and dress code. The organization of Blurred Lines will monitor this and has the right to deny access if the dress code is not met. Refund of the ticket is not possible.
7. Privacy
At Lilicious, your privacy is our top priority. We collect, use and protect your personal information according to our privacy policy.
8. Photography
iUpon entering, the cameras of phones are covered to ensure your privacy. It is not permitted to take photos or videos during our events after the entrance. We have a professional photographer. By participating in our events, you agree to any photo and video recordings that are made for promotional purposes.
These photos (and possibly videos) are placed on the secure part of our website. Members receive an email with access information for this special area.
Do you see a photo of yourself on the secure website that you would rather not have online? Let us know and we will remove it. During the event, you can also ask the photographer not to take photos of you.
9. Liability
Lilicious - Blurred Lines is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property. Participation in our events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or damage that you may sustain during the event.
10. Changes and cancellations
Lilicious - Blurred Lines reserves the right to change or cancel events. In case of cancellation, ticket costs will be refunded. Changes in date, location or program do not entitle to refund.
